By using Cheervelo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Contact: hello@cheervelo.com.
What Cheervelo does
Cheervelo lets you set goals and receive short audio messages of encouragement ("cheers") from people you personally invite to your "Cheering Section."
Your responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Cheervelo.
- Only add people you personally know and who are willing to hear from you. When you enter someone's mobile number to request or send a cheer, you confirm you have their permission to contact them. Do not use Cheervelo to send unsolicited or bulk messages.
- You're responsible for the content you record, request, and share.
Sharing invite links
Cheervelo does not send text messages on your behalf. When you invite someone, we create a private link and you share it yourself using your own device (Messages, WhatsApp, email, and so on). Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply to any message you choose to send. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle contact information.
Acceptable use
Don't use Cheervelo for anything unlawful, harassing, or abusive, or to send marketing, spam, or content that violates carrier or CTIA guidelines. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content ownership
You retain rights to the cheers and content created through Cheervelo. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver that content to operate the service.
Disclaimer & liability
Cheervelo is provided "as is," without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the "last updated" date above.
